Do you share Srexley's conclusions?

"Amazingly some Navaho tales seem to have the same parallel"

Do you know much about American Indians? The land that we own in Shasta County, CA was originally Wintu Indian land. I have read a little about them and currently am reading a collection of stories from the guy who would have been the next head historian/story teller but by the time he was of age the Wintu were no longer a cohesive tribe. There are some serious parallels to biblical tales regarding the wiping out and starting over of people (3 times). A Fire, a Flood and Wind were the three causes, and my guess would be they were based on natural events that really happened.

Anyway, the book is called "Bag of Bones". Any info or sources would be very cool.
