Actually the news say that he is already out of Afganistan and is hiding somewhere in Pakistan or Iran.

I think there is a misconception with "surrounding the cave". The caves in this mountain have numerous interactive connections. More correctly the mountain may be surrounded but Ben Ladens main operating area is probably 1/4 mile underground and immune to attacks. They have been building the complex for many years from what I understand. It will take a sustained search and destroy mission throughout the network of caves. I think they probably have a voice print that indicates he is probably in a general area (perhaps 5 miles) that they have surrounded. However, any news of reduction of his forces is still good and may help the market.
