Biden was on the Jim Lehrer NewsHour tonight. He believes that since Bush abandons the ABM from 1972
that there will be a huge arms race in Asia.

Also, he believes that we have more to fear from a dirty bomb.

I hear the Taliban have been knocked out of their last stronghold, Tora Bora. No one has found
Bin Laden though.

Sixty-Minutes 2 will report on Wednesday night that he might have access to biological and nuclear
weapons. I worry!
