WSJ reporting today's edition a $31-32 acquisition price. Some AMGN supporters say even that's too high, given dilution to earnings for the next 18 months. The price will go lower still if AMGN's stock price, post-acquisition announcement, continues south (80% of the acquisition consideration in AMGN stock, according to WSJ). Having been in IMNX the last 6 months or so, I hope the deal doesn't go forward, but if AHP is committed, hard to see how it will not. quid
