I had leap calls from 70 presplit and cashed out many of them post split at 100 (400).

Now If only you had leap calls on the rise and me leap puts on the fall. ggg

Actually I like RMBS and think they will win the lawsuit in Europe.
Even if they lose in Europe, I believ DDR is going nowhere and the technology of RMBS will win out. Being in bed with INTC and tons of other players does not exactly hurt.
No manufactoring costs and royalties says they are not going bankrupt. Shorting RMBS below 8 is silly IMHO but we will see (could fall to 6 but I doubt it). At any rate, leap puts would be far safer.
