any back up plan just in case? i know one thread has created a Yahoo club to chat. Yahoo's format is not as good as SI, but it does work.

Sleep, whats that. was up quite late - setting up new puter, learning XP, transferring files, launching my "everyday needed" programs, etc. The "hot texas box" is quite a piece, so is XP - I am impressed, but considering the old box is a P2-266 running Win95, its quite a leap. have two monitors on my desk, 2 keyboards, 2 meeces, one brain. One of the really nice things is to start off with a completely empty email box.
YES ! the internet lives. yesterday's sell-off was much needed, and, while i am not convinced that its over, think that we will see some big moves in quality net stocks. I also think that the way to make money going forward is by owning good stocks (gee-what a radical idea) mainly in industries other than tech. larry
