Of course it did, this man addressed the memo to his employees he has no purview over their private behavior, again you guys are stretching way out to make some point that he is restricting folks freedom of speech, he suggested proper terms to be used in public addresses he can't didn't and wouldn't direct folks in their private activity beyond working hours. although all of us should sensitive to others at all times. Where in the memo did it say you should not say merry christmas to your family at home?
