Got QQQ @ 39.75 (I had to place my order pre-market, so I guessed NDX 1590 might be support). The LOD is 39.58, but I don't know if that's a SL or what. It's hard to read the QQQ sometimes as it often trades at a discount to the NDX when the market is in a downtrend.

Ajtj: Re: ". It is a bit difficult for me to take a historical read that has a 16% greater probability than random over a dead bottom 60-minute chart and a major support level."

Did you know that April 4th is the worst day of the year with like a 24% probability of being up? What happened on April 4th? Hmmmm.

There are only a few days in the year year in the lower 30s. This is one of them. All FWIW. Doesn't mean we crash Average loss is about .5%. Certainly one must question the upside on such a day.
