Your opinions are solid ground.....I have purchased four CPQ computers in the last two years. Each time I looked at a comparable HWP model...the sales persons discouraged me from buying HWP, because of the returns they had on HWP products.( and the quality or lack of tech support). HWP printers have been very good, but yesterday I looked at some new Lexmark printers and I will have to consider them on my next printer buy. Jerome
