AD,

War news is the very definition of noise, IMO, as it has nothing to do with fundamentals and everything to do with emotions. Yes we could get Bin Laden this weekend and there might be a pop of a couple of bucks. Then comes the debate as to whether we should pack up from Afghanistan again, and a bomb goes off in Delhi or Jerusalem or there's an assassination in Pakistan and it's back down. This is no conventional war. It will not have a conventional ending. Sorry, but I wont be attending the "victory ball".

AD, You said "There's a high possibility of war news(both good and bad) happening over the very near term." Would you elaborate on that, on the bad war news? Are you talking about a terror attack or finding out UBL not being in Tora Bora?
