moodys and S/P will be under pressure to downgrade quicker rather than slower after their fiasco on ENE. they held off downgrading because of pressure from the banks, and may well be liable for damages because of that. the whole energy trading field is one to avoid for the time being, imo. the reprucussions from ENE fall from 77 billion company to pennies will have major ramifications for maybe years to come. power plant developement, contracts, derivatives, etc. ENE is the tip of the iceberg, imo. larry
