Let me make it clearer for you. The corporation can require that you clean up after yourself after you finish lunch, but it cannot tell you that you cannot bring a lunch from home. The one rule flows reasonably from the interest of the organization in maintaining its facilities, and making a modest condition of usage. The other is intolerable interference in budgetary and dietetic decisions, for which no real business rationale can be adduced. Corporate policy is not automatically sacrosanct, because you are an employee, or because you are on its property..........
