The question is- when mobile Northwood is released, where does it go from there? If its lowest speed grade dissipates 30W (which is already higher than the highest presently available), how much can it scale?

as usual, "my interpretation" of the article was "incorrect" so would you be kind enough to interpret the following quote from the ZDNet article

"The new mobile Pentium 4 chip, which sources familiar with Intel's plans say will launch in late March or early April [was supposed to be January/February], will run at 1.6GHz and 1.7GHz--faster than any other portable chip."
