The re-balancing of the NDX was announced this a.m. It will be much heavier weighted with Bio. The changes take affect 12/24. The QQQ will be radically different.

SEBL...a little news today, expecting more deals to be announced if rumors of improving business are to be believed. Currently trading at high end of 24-26 consolidation area; looking for a break above or below (preferably above as I am long a big chunk of SEBL). Began nibbling this am: JNPR, JDSU, rebought some ITWO at 6.40 (higher than my 6.29 sell on Fri). All imo--MK--
