Please note that none of the key executives came in with Carly. Mostly HP lifers. I would argue that's part of the problem, but would also suggest that few of them have any inclination to leave. The HP retirement benefits are such that it makes sense to stick around unless a really tremendous offer comes along from outside.

The BOD is generally pretty mediocre. I think Hackborn would be a big loss, but the others should probably be replaced in any case. A Fortune 50 company deserves better than that group, certainly it deserves more people whose experience is directly related to the computer and imaging businesses.
