Walter Hewlett is a jerk and should have been at the meetings. Walter is a geek(see photo in the link I posted in my last message) and was at first in favor of the merger. It was later revealed that he changed his mind as the result of a personality conflict, presumably with Carly. I'm sorry that I don't have the link to the article to post here. Walter should stick to his art and music interests and let those who are informed and qualified run the business. El
