I use Symantec WinFax Pro, and Symantec told me that their software will not work on a DSL line. Whose software do you use? Also, the SBC technician stated that fax machines and fax software will not work on DSL lines/modems. This is what I encountered and this is what I was told. Is it possible that the modem supplied by SBC is the problem? It is an Alcatel modem. Who is your DSL provider?I would like to contact your provider and find out why you are not having any problems. Who is your DSL provider, I would like to talk with them.
