[Prodigy] is a big time loser and joins the ranks of other competitors who can't build better products and services.

Well that should come as no surprise, and it seems silly to me that the MSFT fans here object to MSFT's competitors and victims testifying in court against MSFT. You wouldn't be surprised to see mugging victims testify against a mugger, would you? The plain (and, I would naively think, obvious) fact is that (as demonstrated amply in Court) the companies who derive profit from MSFT's monopolies are afraid to testify against them, for obvious and well-documented reasons concerning punitive pricing practices. The only companies who have the guts to stand against MSFT in the courtroom are, not coincidentally, those who also have the fortitude to stand against them in the marketplace.

This is getting more outrageous every day!

I think we can all agree on that, although for opposite reasons.

Dave

They brought NOK in as Nok wants to be dominant in the wireless O/S world and NOK is afraid that since MSCE is present on so many PDA's and desktops that the natural extension of M/S OS to the wireless arena is too daunting for NOK to overcome without government help. I wonder how much real competition NOK has in Finland vis a vis cell phones ? JFD
