I can think of many. The first one, China goes into economic depression, and starts a war to maintain power. But, missile defense isn't about China. It is about rogue terrorist countries. Ron Brown sells to China the technology they needed to build missiles capable of reaching us, and China in turn gives it to North Korea. Who then sells it to Egypt. And then to Saddam. And, if you lefties were running things, all he would then have to do is light the fuse.
