Dave, I think that everyone who's familiar with SYB can appreciate what you're saying. I think the best scenario for shareholders, would be to sell the Company. I think the current board's days are numbered. I'd be shocked if they were kept around. I was also thinking a discount of 25% was probably reasonable. This would put us at .89/share, or, the midpoint between .59 & $1.18. Let's hope we see some action in the next couple of weeks. It would be nice to start off the New Year on a po$itive note. JT
