The demand for the dollar comes from demand for our debt. People want to lend us money. We want to borrow and spend it as fast as we can. Eventually this leads to a problem -- huge debts. Perhaps huge debts to you are just a normal way of life. Even countries face limits. The US just has a higher limit -- but the limits are real, unlike your "analysis" of the situation.
