I have never before been in favor of class action lawsuits despite getting checks from them after filling out the paperwork. However, in this case I am cheering them all on (the more the merrier), and getting actively involved. The only winners are the lawyers, but in this case the common shareholders truly have nothing to lose, so I say go for the jugular. Let's help push XO into bankruptcy. Teach the scum a lesson.

Dave,

I thought you bought in cheap. If my memory severs me right, you sold when this was a buck+, so you should be OK.;-))))) If this is going to trade tomorrow, then I would suggest you check the PM trading. Trade out of it an let the dust settle an buy it back low, real low. This could be a hot potato if they come out with what I think they will come out with.;-))))))
