LIGHTHOUSE POINT, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 17, 2001--
Wallstreet-Review, Inc. (OTCBB:WALSE), a Florida corporation, today
announced the new formula for WALS shareholders to receive shares in
BioTec Energy Resources, Inc. (http://www.biotecsystems.com).
The new formula allows WALS shareholders to receive one share of
BioTec for every 7.3 shares of WALS they own compared to the original
amount of 14 to 1. The date of record to be eligible for the dividend
is Jan 4, 2002.
WALS will have its third quarter 10Q filed before year's end to
remove the "E" appended to its symbol. WALS anticipates filing its 10K
by the end of January so it can proceed with its planned secondary
offering in 2002.
