--Say what? America is going to blow up China if they go into an economic depression? Weak argument, and you know it.

On you second point, say they launch and we intercept. We will still retaliate. My preference is we retaliate for an <attmpted> strike, yours is that we retaliate for a successful one.

dearest snitchy, did you ever consider that attacking and taking over a missile somewhere and then forcing it launch is possible. Who has release authority in bongo ville. It may be just a coule of guys on site with a button.
