I think cutting them off (the limbs that get the body in trouble) is unconstitutional. In Arab countries they cut hands for some crimes. If you cut off the hands of intravenous drug user that would stop the spread of Aids but again I think that's unconstitutional. But the above absurd suggestions are the only way to prevent the spread of aids thru the scum that were most responsible and sadly to those innocent who were victims of trust. The President was all for Just Say No. No is the 100% way to prevent the spread of aids. you are a technology retard and may imagine something else could have been done.
