Appaloosa is going to be a 0.13 micron product, and therefore will be from Dresden. Morgan is a 0.18 micron Al product, except for some early mobile versions that were cache salvaged (I guess) Palominos from Dresden. And yeah, there is no reason why Morgan can't get to 1.4GHz or faster (albeit, probably not a whole lot more).
