Where did you get the photos to study? Are you talking about the unofficial photos at newsmax? You say that you studied the photos, and that they do not indicate that the hole in the top of the head could have been caused by a .45 caliber bullet. Assuming you are correct, I still accept the expert testimony that the whole resembles a bullet wound. What caliber could have caused this, is entirely speculative to pronounce without an official autopsy. Why can't you agree to that? Foster did not commit suicide. The evidence is overwhelming. As is the rape.
