Sure, and add sterilization to convicted felons, drug dealers.
How about habitual traffic offenders? Another would be people who just don't want to get off welfare because they are too busy having kids.
My Fav....people who line up in the 15 items or less/cash only lanes at the supermarket with 20 or more items...a true test that stupid people shouldn't breed. AHAHAHHAHA!!!
