yes, usually it is a national problem, at least for large and wealthy nations.

Btw, that 180 million of what is it , some 18 billion, comes close to the dream of the 1% man??

Personally I'm (more) interested in the tactic of moving debt around, making it look as assets.

Additionally Natural Gas is important as a neighbor to Russia. (the Euro Pipes, adding up
gas sources from UK, Norway and Russia)

Unluckily gas is very difficult to store, demands a lot of producers, transporters for a steady
flow according to the steady demand of the end-user..
