Proof? Just what I've seen on documentary TV shows and what I've read. Ruby was a "businessman" with mob connections who committed a murder and denied Lee Harvey Oswald his constitutional right to a trial in front of his peers, not much of a hero, IMO. Don't you think Americans should be considered innocent until proven guilty when charged with a crime? That's one of our fundamental rights. How does my opinion of Ruby have anything to do with what I think about OBL?
