Hi Jim,

You're most welcome to butt in any time so to speak.

It's in between periods on the french station.

Cash is not an issue because DMX has extended the Aqua deal
to May and these draws will come periodically as the
labelling issues are decided. There is a well documented
cost to the current shareprice which would become quite
irrelevant on an FDA/J&J announcement.

This is why Rebecca said she estimated cash positive in
February. That relates I believe to her estimate of timing
to the J&J deal.

I would be suprised to be receiving sufficent cash from
operations by June/August since I believe it will take
longer to realize that. Only the UK will be along the
road at 1 1/4 years by then.

My best guess is September US launch with the J&J deal
announced and the first cash transfered in the March/April
timeframe from J&J.

By then I suspect we will have launched in Canada but
there again I see at least a year to become profitable.

On the OXO I suspect some 2/3 of the J&J money is earmarked
here with the rest preparing for WF10 approval etc. In
my opinion much of the OXO buyout will come from a NASDAQ
placement later in 2002 and in a time delayed way from
the revenue stream subject to WF10 approval.

I would watch for the next placement in February.
