Did you notice the conditional limit on buying shares in the open market? Sigma-Tau can buy no more the 2 million shares of QSC through June 14, 2003. The reverse merger may be the avenue for Sigma-Tau to eventually own Questcor and would be subject to SEC approval.

I can understand QSC's price rising due to the news; they've got a new product to sell and they have some fresh money to keep the company running, but maye not on a reverse merger.

I am surprised that Sigma-Tau hasn't shorted QSC as a hedge or arbitrage against the warrants.
