Agreed. And some of those end up in 4 and 5 and 6 different company boards. BOD is a big joke. A way to pay for corrupt influence.

I would say that Enron's board was unwitting, or witless
or without wit, or whatever. give them 380,000 USD for just
showing up and they arent going to scratch too hard, especially if Arthur Andersen says every thing is peachy.
Key executives ought will spend some jail time.
