OTOH, randomly reading such books as exist is a low probability path to enlightenment." Wha...???? I had intended to continue our discussion of cartels on the vons' thread, but SI is acting unusually balky for me today. I've tried to submit this post several times already with no success. Sometimes links work, very slowly, and sometimes I get "server error" messages. Maddening.
