OOPS - I meant to say A gap is a spike up above yesterdays HIGH that is never filled or a spike below yesterdays LOW that is never filled. This is the second time I accidentally posted close instead of high or low. Again it is easy to see the hole on the chart. Normally that is what I look for anyway. If there is a hole on the chart there is (or was a gap). Once the gap is closed, it is forever closed. Sorry. I knew what I meant to say I just did not say it. I still do not know what an "intra-day" gap is. M
