QCT segment revenues for fiscal 2001 were $1,365 million compared to $1,239 million fiscal 2000
<snip>
Approximately 58 million MSM integrated circuits were sold during fiscal 2001, compared to approximately 52 million for fiscal 2000.

So QCT revenues were up 10% in FY 2001 vs FY 2000

Yet MSM shipments were up 11%..

And that does not include the additional 7 Million CSM equivalent voice channels units shipped in FY 2001 vs FY2000

They must use a different type of calculator than me.. Because, according to my calculations above.. MSM ASP'S have fallen, and they claim they have risen?

Lower numbers were given in the CCs in response to questions.

However, each additional ASIC sold has a much greater profit margin, since R&D and admin expenses do not increase proportionately. So, at the margin, the profit % should be close to if not in excess of 50%.
