Max, That view of ACK is generally the view of this community. I think only the worst pessimists ever believed they would go down the tubes and people who had a direct association with ACK never believed that. A friend of mine has a relative on the inner inside of the company who has been very bullish on their survival. Also putting money into that belief. Unfortunately and ultimately the courts can determine the outcome and that's why I have watched from the sidelines because as you know the courts can stop the world from turning. However for a long term speculator (whatever that is) it could be a good bet. Ted
