You Marine pukes always did like to make a lot of noise(ggg), but truthfully, the heaviest weapon I carried
was a good old 45. I was deadly at 10 or 15 feet. As the low ranking guy in the front end of my B29 I was selected to 'carry' the beast and be responsible for the safety of our crew. Ha!
