believes that ORCL is going to stop using WEBX product and use their own iMeeting software; financial impact to
WEBX could be less than $200k-$300k, but ORCL would become a formidable competitor as it releases iMeeting in
Q1. MSFT is another worry, as WinXP collaborative features could eventually penetrate the mkt at WEBX's expense.
