Hi SP,

Well I think it is too early to come to that conclusion that you have. They still have to go to BK court. By trading on the OTC, they might not have to. They don't have to meet NASDQ requirements. OTC is a little looser. The company could just try to buy back some stock an reduce the debt that way. In fact, if I was the company, I would put BK on hold an just trade the way they are for awhile. Let the dust settle an see what shakes out. No reason to go BK now. As long as revenues stay strong at the current levels if not higher, they just might be able to pull this out the back door. JMO
