Ya'll may recall that I don't follow a whole bunch of stocks. I get spread too thin doing that. I usually concentrate on only 4 -6. Those right now are: JNJ GE MO NVDA ORCL XMSR FYI. RR

RR >> Thanks RR....good to hear from you......yep, I am hanging in there.....being halfway cautious and not using margin anymore.....well, a very teeny amount anyway <ggg>.....and I did my patriotic duty and loaded up on my favorites after the sept 11 attacks......what I have been trying to do is look for beat up quality that is at or near a bottom...buy partial amounts, in case the stock keeps dropping, so I can get more as she drops, and then use any rally to try and take my cost off the table and just leave the casinos money on the table....as I've done this, it has enabled me to get some decent positions in some decent stocks at very low adjusted cost basis.....I still have alot on my wish list.....I wish I filled the eighteen wheeler with ntap at $7, instead of just my car<ggg>...but again, trying to be cautious......I have alot of low balls sitting in case we go back down.....I really have no idea how long before we see a real recovery, but until then, I will keep buying quality on the dips...selling partial amounts on the rallies and keeping some shares for the long term....hopefully, when all is said and done, I will have some good stocks at good adjusted buy in prices.....not doing too much cc writing, but will if we get a more substantial rally and some of these stocks get up in price.....hope you and your family are well and hope all your yard critters are doing well and hunkering down for the winter.....have a great holiday season....
