Joey,

I have no idea and I don't think it is important. The market is currently in Toronto.

Joey, looks like that cbymf ticker is pink sheets, not otc-bb ... hard to say though, pcquote.com doesn't say specifically - pcquote.com
.. neither does pinksheets.com - pinksheets.com [no posted b/a, yikes, person wants to use fill-or-kill limit orders here for sure eh]

.. but i would suspect this to be the case, reason being that Corner Bay has not yet filed their 20F, they are in the process of putting it together, which is not a fast or easy project and has to be done perfectly in every detail ..... to be traded otc-bb i believe that both a 20F and a 15c-211 [sp?] need be filed, but not for the pink sheets where there are virtually no rules

Years ago with Jordex, jdx.to, i was surprised to learn that the thing had an informal US 'listing', it was on the otc-bb but before they tightened their rules ... the company had nothing whatever to do with this 'listing', they found it mildly embarrassing but could do nothing about it - what had happened was back in the early 90s Loma de Hierro days of Jordex some US b/d had filed some sort of paper with the otc-bb that permitted them to 'list' it ... it was pretty illiquid in that form though ... personally if i was resident in the US i would look for a broker capable of efficiently trading on the whole continent ... fwiw, i passed on the name of Pennaluna to a friend in the US and he's tickled with them, site is www.penntrade.com i think

If it's any consolation, we of the Great White North get shafted coming south across the line, as well - about the best deal on trading US we can get from the pathetic excuses we have for brokers in this country is the 'same' commission as trading canehjun, but paid in USD instead of loonies, so it's actually 50% more ... absurd, this in no way reflects the respective costs imho .... seems like there's a profit opportunity here for some outfit that can come along and set up an efficient system .... cheers

Joey, the way my account works is that I trade in Toronto, but they put it in my account with a $US acronym for bookeeping purposes. These are often not updated in a timely fashion from what I can tell. I know in my case I'm NOT getting ripped off by some OTC market maker because I'm trading in Toronto... hope this helps.
