I remember - and it's pretty funny. VIA is pretty much saying, "Ha! We didn't have to pay Intel a dime - all we had to do was spend weeks of extra design and validation time paying engineering salaries to work around the problem."

Sure. VIA got rid of the pain in their leg by bashing their arm with a hammer.

Yeah - but VIA is a slimy company - so that is to be expected.

It looks like Intel's new law suits on VIA P4266 chip sets is really hurting VIA - I wonder if they'll get some help from one of the Disciples to help fight the infidel Intel !
