Not good for those two. You should be careful who you defame. Seems as if they're judgment proof anyway. I expect that, at their level of rage, they won't go away any time soon. Seems as if the best course of action for the other side would be to settle things as amicably as possible. Guess that simply wasn't a possibility. Wonder what happens when someone gets their alias hijacked and false posts put up in their name? Also wonder what happens when promises are made then not kept? Wonder what happens when false impressions are left by certain posts being deleted without their violating stated TOS? Wonder what happens when paying customers are treated differently from others paying the same amount?
