I rarely hang on to a stock after it hits a 52 week low, and when I do I almost always regret it. So, SFY needs to move over 21 before it gets interesting, or move down to 12-13 and start basing. Something good or wonderful could happen to the company, but you're correct to be in no hurry.

I'm going to put most of my cash to work this week, and it won't be in SFY. But you are correct that sentiment is comfortably negative, with jasper being one of the long-time Yahoo posters who recently jumped ship.

Lots of luck,

pg

Hi fp, SFY was trying to bottom out before today's action, and today it has succeeded in breaking above some short term falling trend line resistance near the 17 area, but now there is some more resistance near the 18 area, and the shares are having some trouble breaking above that level decisively so far today.... My system went to a buy signal for SFY on 12/5, and to a hold of that buy signal on 12/7. At this point, I am moderately bullish on the shares and will probably buy more if we dip significantly lower, but I am not counting on that to happen. Merry Christmas everybody! Yogi Claus <g>
