they don't need stimulative policies, but ones that force liquidation of past errors -- they should raise interest rates -- that would give pensioners who won't play stocks something to spend as well.

I see the logic and maybe there is a deal -- but I don't think Japan gets anything useful out of it

Hell they bought pebble beach at the top... why not the U.S. long bond as well! ROFLMAO- the whole planet should buy our bonds, I'd like our stock market mania to go on for a few more years as I've got my eyes on a little spread just north of here and could use the money... [It's called Wyoming].

yeah.. they can print as much yen as they want and buy ALL the bonds

now that would be a cool thing to watch

sort of like a bond thunderdome tourney...

down to the last two titans, holding all the paper and printing it too on behalf of their disinterested, video game watching citizens...
