Well, Kennedy's motorcade was traveling at 5 mph, and at the moment of impact his skull exploded and the back of his head flew backwards onto the trunk and the street and his head snapped backward and then his whole body lurched forward. There was a massive hole in the back of his head on the right side. Since Oswald was behind and to the right of Kennedy a shot from him would have blown out the front of Kennedy's head and thrust it onto the front seat. The shot from the knowl (in front and to the right) would have created the exact type of would Kennedy received (entering the head near the ear and blowing off the back of the skull). Since his brain was lost there is no forensice evidence to prove entry and exit points, convenient. Besides it was nearly impossible for Oswald to get off three shots in the allotted time.
