That article puts it very well and describes things I did not know, like the TV programs. It is not that I wish certain governments would censor the stuff. Here, such shows would get cancelled for lack of viewership. This says much about the mainstream folks of the countries where they are aired. I am not Muslim, yet I can hear Allah crying.

Thanks so much for posting Rabbi Cooper's article, "Hate Hits the Mainstream." Reading it in last Sunday's Los Angeles Times editorial section, I was outraged, not only at the international double-standard that holds Americans (and Israelis) accountable for any trace of bias, while giving full vent to their own unmistakable and virulent prejudice, but also at our own media for sequestering the information revealed in Rabbi Cooper's commentary.
