Yes, I believe it was. I do not see a retest of the 9/21 lows next year and think the economic recovery will take place and growth will be stronger than many currently believe. That is not to say that many of the technology stocks are overvalued; however, the tech stocks only make up about 18% of the market.

Obviously, this is not carved in stone and six months in this market, with this volatility, is quite a long time. If the market begins to tell me otherwise, I will beat a hasty retreat to the sidelines. I do NOT, however, see a significant decline over the next 4 weeks, with the rally possibly extending into February.
