Steve, don't you think the merger had a much larger effect on the biotechs than the re-balancing?

The NDX downchannel will be broken with a close tomorrow above today's close.

I was not aware of the 3-days to balance the Nasdaq 100 trust. I wonder how much was already completed?

Steve, you may very well be right, another element that may add to that will be some serious hyping from MU, after the market closes tomorrow, about DRAM prices "stabilizing" and demand "increasing", while their actual quarterly report will include another inventory write off as well as some major bleeding....

It seems to me that the current NDX should underperform the COMP here as funds have been getting out of the NDX stocks that will be taken out of QQQ and into COMP stocks that will be added.
